Subconscious thoughts are the blueprints of your world. This is why in all effective forms of personal development training, it is the inner mind that is focused on the most. This is usually done with meditation and mindfulness.
Every thought produces energy, and this energy becomes the foundation of what you experience. Your subconscious, however, plays a much stronger role in the overall cadence of your day to day life than your conscious mind. This is because your subconscious is on a somewhat different vibration that is more closely aligned with subtle energy.
It’s not necessary to become an energy worker in order to unlock your subconscious healer abilities. All you need is the willpower to make an effort toward more positive thinking patterns. Subconscious healing is more about mindset than it is mysticism, although the two compliment each other.
Developing Your Subconscious Healer
It all begins with making a choice. Doesn’t matter where you are in life or what you have done in the past, what religion you adhere to or where you were born.
What matters is if you have the mindset for change.
Here are some tips I’ve used in my own personal development:
- Release your attachment to the future. The more you superficially crave arbitrary things in the future, the more resistance can build up between you and that thing.
- Be gentle with how you speak to your Self. Your mind should be an oasis.
- Just assume that anything is possible. Limiting beliefs are useless. This world is 100% gamified, what you put in you get out.
- Study the sages and healers of the past. Wise men and women have come before us and done the heavy lifting for us. Pearls of wisdom litter the great spiritual and philosophical works of history. Use this to your advantage.
- Don’t be afraid to evolve. Many of us get stuck in the belief that if we change the way we think, we’re changing “who we are” as a person. First of all, no one really cares “who” we are, people care about what you do. That’s it. Your identity is meaningless, so don’t be afraid to completely change your Self for the better. I mean complete slash and burn, destroy the old you and be remade anew.
- Healing is important, but don’t make this your identity. Your personal development subconscious healer should be one small part of a larger tapestry of spiritual growth and self-mastery.
- All trauma can be overcome. It pays to remember that none of us are special in the sense that what we have been through isn’t a barrier to change. One person’s trauma is the next person’s challenge. Just because you have been through something that you perceive as being “very traumatic” doesn’t really mean much when there are people who have been through literal war and who have come out better for it.
- Your journey is yours. Don’t have expectations from others, don’t try and make others conform to your beliefs, don’t force people to care about your journey. These are ego-based obstacles that will keep you from experiencing true healing.
Your subconscious is powerful, but it can become severely limited. It can take time to develop a positive attitude that allows you to heal your Self and others, but it’s possible for anyone.
Healing the subconscious mind so you can use it as a tool in your own self-development and the betterment of those around you is one of the best things you can do for yourself. The benefits far outweigh the work it takes and the demons you have to face.
